ok I just got an e mail back from Doug Mortensen at Watch Prince

 

It looks like the coupon reached an expiration date in the system. I apologize for the oversight.

 

So I guess it was just an automatic date their computer system had. Sounds like it's fixed. I thanked him for looking into it and it was a really speedy response.
