Those who are familiar with my watch collection know that I am more of a strap person than a bracelet one, and I pretty much have shunned integrated bracelets, but this one has been calling to me for a long time.  Since I decided to slow down (yeah, I know, not much real chance of that but I am trying...), I thought I would grab some pieces that I really like but have hesitated buying.

When I first saw the Citizen cal. 2100 chronograph it was the LE Bullhead version but I was too late to the party and haven't seen one ever for sale.  My second choice was the standard style black dial but the integrated bracelet stopped me.  When I saw the titanium model though I put it on my wish list, but way down the list as a "roundtuit" :D.  When I was on the Bay the other day I did a random search and saw some, NIB with stamped dealer papers for less than half retail so I jumped on it.  It came today and I am most pleased, this is one awesome watch!  Ti case and bracelet so it is feather light for such a large watch.  I love the textured dial layout, especially the power reserve meter since I never know how low the charge is in my other 3 Eco-drives.  Plus, this is the only quartz chrono that I have seen that resets instantaneously just like a mechanical, and the chrono sweep runs in 1/5 second "ticks" rather than the one second at a time motion.  The alarm is an extra plus.
I just got it sized to wear tomorrow, haven't had a chance to do any Q&D pics or wrist shots yet, I'll do that when I get home from work.  Only one thing, the bracelet uses split collars and solid pins like the Seiko Monster/Samurai bracelets, I almost lost the split collars!

If you are on the fence with this watch, grab it!

Cheers,
Griff
