Generally, you are asked to send in the whole watch for any kind of repair to Invicta. If you do send it in, be advised that you may or may not get your exact watch returned to you.

Thanks for the advice. It's beyond me how these people could ever hope to have any type of status with the reputation they are establishing. I'll figure this one out one way or another. It would seem that they'd have some in stock for people who bought the rubber strap , but then again that would be expecting too much from them.
