 When I first got my O&W chronos they both did it, now they have smoothed out.  The 7750 runs nice and smooth now just from frequently using the chrono, the 7765 I had overhauled because it was NOS and running +30 per day.  Both were subtle, not pronounced stutters.  My Hamilton 7750 was smooth from the start.

I have a Poljot 3133 that has a bad case of the stutters.  I have had it to two watch repair places without luck.  There is a new movement on its way to me from Europe as we speak.
