 I'd have to say the GMT hand is off. I've owned two Rolex GMT's, a Marcello C GMT, a Zeno GMT and a Quartz Graf Zepplin. All the GMT hands have been spot on.

My Zeno GMT aligns right on the button (so-to-speak). See pic with the hands at midnight. Yours should look like this or closer than what your pic shows. At least that is my take.
