 Hi all. Replying to your own post after 5 days is a bit rough! Must have been a dud question :shock:

I have been on a quest and the best asnwers I have received have come from a seller of mesh on another site. Looks like there are big and small versions of the Omega 24mm mesh, and I can wear the small.

I will get back and report after it is delivered, and to tell you if almost $300USD is a fair cost...

Any more views, insights or opinions - please feel free to post a response. I am still unsure, but I guess I will know soon enough. Delivery wait is several weeks, though...
