It is likely the threads on the crown have stripped. Unfortunately this watch is no longer made so I'm not sure if Orsa can find a replacement part for you. The Prodiver is also a rare bird so I doubt many people are willing to flip with theirs as a parts watch. Nice gray dial with ladder hands that you have there!
