 Lets assume you wind your Zeno at least 20 - 30 turns after it has sat for a day. Now if it is stopping in 12 -18 hours or so, you might need service on the watch.

I had a Swiss Made Trias with a 2824-2. It would run and then stop. I sent it back to Trias. I got it back with a note to WIND the watch. The problem continued. So, I sent it back to Trias again. It worked for a bit and then the problem started up again. Back to Trias a third time. It came back this time running like a champ. Never had the problem again. I don't know what they did the 3rd time (maybe replaced the movement?), but it fixed the problem.

So, it is possible you have problem with the movement in the Zeno. It does happen!
