Not to sound like an old man, but I think its about time, so many people, mostly the younger generation, waste so much time on the Web, Texting, Paging, Talking, instead of working, part of the down fall of American Business.

I hear ya Hucky, Being self employed myself. I usually sneak a peak when I am at my computer working up an estimate or waiting on parts or something. Get a load of this though. When I had employees, sometimes when it was slow I would mess around on the computer and find stuff for the workers to do. Even if it was working on my own stuff. They would get mad at me and thought they should be able to sit around and do nothing and I was to pay them for it. I was like " Who signs the paychecks around here?" When I got rid of everyone it was the best thing I did. Less headaches. Just cant find good help anymore.
