Yes very true. The wildlife makes life much more interesting. Very glad we moved out here from a more urban area. Beehives huh? That brings back memories. My grandfather had beehives when I was growing up. I was always amazed by being able to go right up to them and they won't sting. (as long as you watch your p's and q's) :) Sounds like you have your hands full out there. My small fish pond is my beehive... except no honey, just algae!
