I dont know how much of a dream it is.  I made a ton of work for myself doing all this. But then there is nothing like getting fruit right off the tree and honey right out of the hive.  But I have to say I am  getting sick of winter.  I wouldnt mind being in a milder climate.  Six months of snow is getting old.
