 Im in the Dawgs corner, have a heart to heart with him, but remember that sometimes a tough business decision has to be made, If his ship is sinking it doesnt mean that yours has to.

The story of the Khakis, thats a great one. I have not had much luck with customer service myself, but I love those stories like that.
