1st rule of customer service.................never spend more than 2 minutes talking to an idiot......demand to be immediately transferred to a supervisor and keep escalating  until you reach the presidents office..........never will it go that far before the do what is right!

They are a shlock outfit:) Here's another example or there stupidity... ordered a watch with Slopcard, sent watch back within 30 days, they did not process the credit on time so they charged interest of $7 on the shipping charges. After 20 minutes with the bozo, I hung up and said screw it.:X
