I agree 100%.  The buyer's obligations to the transaction end the moment payment is tendered.  Sellers who do not immediately leave positive feedback tend to be vengeful, cheap, inconsiderate human beings who inevitably will be a problem down the road.  It's gotten to the point where I now will not ever leave positive feedback for a seller who does not leave feedback for me first.  Why should I subsidize people acting like bratty A-holes?  Thankfully, E-bay's most recent rule changes are all buyer-friendly.
