ebay Ken!i can still leave him a negative or contact paypal. maybe they can help?? oh...and i'd love to tell him to F... off....i just dropped him another email. we'll see...maybe he'll tell me to F... off

I would try everything you can to get him to honor the description of the sale (although I did not see the description), and after that, regardless of whether or not he ultimately does something, report him to ebay for fraud and file a claim with paypal...keep copies of documentation and emails. Be aware of your timelines for filing with paypal. I would start NOW!
If you used a credit card on paypal, you can also dispute the charge there.
