 I mentioned that I was doing this yesterday, but the event was fantastic.  The Club I belong to hosted a private fund raising event for the University of Arizona Women's Golf Program.  Several women pro's turned up, including, but not limited to:

Annika Sorenstam, Marisa Baena, Lynn Daniels & Lorena Ochoa Jenna Daniels, Erica Blasberg, Leta Lindley, Natalie Gulbis, Julieta Granada, Kathryn Imrie and others!  Most were on the U of A Golf team at one time or another.
 
They put on a clinic, told jokes and we got to walk the fairways with them as they played with the "duffers" who had "antied-up" for the privalege.  What was so amazing was to be able to stand and watch the "greats" swing and hit from 5 or 10 feet away.  There were no "ropes" and no "tournament" security.  After the 18 hole round, there was a lengthy reception.
 
What was most impressive, is that each and every one of these young ladies was as friendly and polite as could be..........there was not the typical arrogance found in "big-name/big-money" players of other venues.
 
All-in-all, a great event and a great time................hope it becomes an annual event!  Thanks for letting me share!
