Hello;

I am new to this forum and I wanted to get your honest opinion on Rado before I make a purchase.  The watch I am eyeing is the Rado Original Diver Mens Watch R12639023.  Anyone own this one or what are your thoughts on this brand.  :?

i used to own one, keeps great time, wears very large, this is a very heavy watch, and i never really liked the small dial size in such a substantial case.  Otherwise great quality for the money, sold one on ebay for $500 for a friend who bought the same watch at a sample sale, so look out for good deals on ebay.  also tungsten case virtually scratch proof.  hope this info helps you with your decision.

One fact about Rado that I found interesting is that they are HUGE in India and it is traditional for the father of the groom to give his son a Rado watch on his wedding day.

Pretty cool.

    Guys;
Thanks for input.  I am going to try to hunt one down and try it one and see how it fits.  I remember seeing Rado Watches behind the glass as a teenager in jewelry stores and they intrigued me then.  So maybe I will come full circle and own one.  ThumbsUp02.gif
