Sinn EZM 1 Limited Edition

Important Information for Reservations

 Own a Classic

This Sinn EZM 1 Chronograph was the first in a series of watches that would become a signature for Sinn.
Sinn is known for their professional special forces watches, called the Einsatzzeitmesser (EZM - in English "Mission Timer") series. Sinn has long been a supplier of watches to various divisions of the German special forces, including the GSG-9, border protection, customs, military and special police divisions.

The Sinn EZM 1 features a case made in titanium which is then filled with inert gasses and a copper sulphate dehumidification capsule to absorb humidity and provide a more stable environment for the movement.
The crown and chronograph pushers are reversed to the left side of the watch as it typical in Sinn's military and special forces watches.

Sinn EZM 1 Limited Edition

style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"Here it is - one of the most celebrated, collected and highly desired Sinn watches ever produced - the Sinn EZM 1 Chronograph in titanium. Sinn has decided to make a limited edition of 250 pieces as a final tribute to this series, and as you can imagine once news of this decision was made public demand has been non-stop.

Several years ago when we sold the last pieces of the Sinn EZM 1, we knew that this watch would be missed. What we did not know was that we would continue to receive a steady stream of e-mail requests for the watch, month after month, and year after year. When we learned that Sinn had procured enough pieces of the Lemania Calibre 5100 to make a limited edition of the Sinn EZM 1, our ability to "keep our mouths shut" until the official announcement was severely tested.

Demand for this watch will far exceed our supply - the number of "unofficial e-mail reservation requests" we have already received dwarfs our total allocation. Sinn has allocated a fixed number of pieces to their key authorized distributors around the world, and once the watch is sold out in a given market that's it - they're gone for good.

So how much do you think something like that will end up going for? Obviously, much more than sticker.

Any guesses?

and the Doxa Coppa Milano Sanremo again from my Gumba Johnny with even rarer Lemania 283yourock.gif

The Coppa Milano Sanremo was produced in 2003 in comemoration of the first revival of the historic Coppa Milano Sanremo race. If the reissue dive watches brought Doxa back into the limelight as a manufacturer of excellent timepieces, the Coppa proved that they had more to offer than reviving old glories. This new Chronograph is a unique watch that from both a movement and design perspective is in advance of anything on the market today. It is a limited edition series of 250 using the 40 jewel Lemania Caliber 283 Chronograph movement. This is a high grade movement that dates back to the 1970s and was used in the most prestigious wristwatch chronographs of that era.

I don't think they wanted everyone to have access to this information.

OMG, Oscarmistake.gif...did you violate a sacred oath or what?  I can't imagine why you would publish marketing information about a watch that SINN is trying to sell and is actively marketing to watchbuyers.  Do you realize that by this unthinking and uncaring violation of your non-confidentiality agreement that you didn't sign, that SINN might actually sell out of these things?  What is wrong with you?  Do you think they they are in the business of selling the things they manufacture?  Can you not foresee the devastation to international peace and the world economy if they sell out of these watches because you exposed this dark secret?  What were you thinking!?!  Have you gone to the dark side?  toon1.gif

Shame...shame...shame!!!  crap.gif

No...but now that I've missed out because of your unconscionable and thoughtless foolhardiness, (not to mention the total disregard of trust placed in you by SINN)you do owe me something!!! yahoo.gif
