Hi everyone . Just bought used formex ds 2000, have only three days to decide if, i want to keep it. Watch looks great, but the the ring that strap is attached to makes clunk noise when I shake the watch. Ring looks like its part of suspension system just don't know if, there should be that much play. Roman.

Not exactly sure about the noise your experiencing but they are some awesome watches. I have the chrono and have toyed with the idea of getting the GMT. Have you examined the watch carefully to make sure something is not loose. The design is for high speed race car driving this the suspension plus it absorbs allot of vibration too. Thanks for your quick response, I don't think i described it to precise. English is not my native language. It is more like a rattle that goes away when I press on case back expanding suspension system.

I own a few of these Formex's and if your gripping the watch by the lugs and shaking it up and down, they do make a noise a clicking noise, thats normal and if your supress the suspension system it goes away, your watch is fine. Chicks dig big watches woohoo.gif

Which one do you have the Chrono has the 7750 movement that can make a unique sound as the rotor spins. Can be heard with mine at times if spinning from shaking my wrist.
