My Orient Mako has stopped running earlier than expected after beng off the wrist. It historically went a full 24 hours or more after a full days wearing. Saturday it only lasted about 4 hours! Maybe I've become too sedentary? I don't have a winder, I just try to alternate days. Do these things need more than a day to wind fully on the wrist?

Probably. I would revisit your wearing habit for the day and determine...if you were to sedentary.

How sedentary were you?toon1.gif If you laid on the couch watching the NFL it would be hard for the watch to wind... Wear it for a full day and see what you get. I assume it still keeps time?

Still keeps time. Rested it crown up last night and it stopped at 11:35. Maybe this has something to do with the date or day changeover? I went through the days and dates manually. Maybe that will get it moving....

Okay gents, it's at it again. I think it may be the day pusher OR, could it be magnetized? I stupidly laid it down by a power strip with a laptop charger plugged into it last night. It promptly lost 5 minutes in the course of about 10(meaning it ran at half speed?).
Emailed Marc at LIW, he steered me toward Puritime for warranty issues. I'm within warranty. So, has anyone dealt directly with Puritime lately? Other thoughts?:?

Thanks,
John

John,

Send it in and get it fixed. If Marc recommended them they should fix it properly. Good Luck.

Tony
