I read something recently that I didn't give much thought to before.  Maybe you guys have, but I thought I'd post it anyway.

With the continuous advancements in technology that have provided us with all our electronic "goodies", cell phones, PDA's, Blackberrys, i-Pods, ect, more watches are becoming magnetized.  All these devices are equipped with speakers which require magnets, some of which can be powerful. 

So be careful not to lay your watch down next to any of these devices when not on your wrist.
