Does anyone feel bracelets are not secure enough when diving or swimming with expensive watches? Or should the bracelet be swapped out with a Nylon strap that will prevent loss, such as a Maratac Zulu. I am hesitant to go into the water on Lake Erie or Lake Michigan with my Enzo bracelet on. My neighbor is always water skiing with his Rolex bracelet on. So I don't know.

It really just depends on the type of clasp. If it locks down no problem and if not you would just need to use more care. I have not done any diving in 20+ years but If I were to do so I'd likely go rubber if I did not have a secure clasp. ;)

Joe, JMHO I would think the Zulu is the choice of many, but I would not worry about a watch with a secure divers clasp with safety clasp. The Enzo bracelet is a butterfly I think and for me they are not a safe enough system for vigorous water sports.

I agree with Tony. If I remember correctly the Enzo has the same bracelet with the butterfly clasp like some of the 07s. A casual swim sure. Water-skiing never. I prefer something which locks down like your bud's Rolex... or the Watchadoo I have on at the moment.toon1.gif

And while Lake Michigan is fine I would be hesitant to go into Lake Erie in any event!subtlelaugh.gif
