And by Spring Drive I mean grail Seiko, of course. He flipped his Blancpain FF Trilogy for this one and I think it was worth it. I'm so glad to have finally seen one of these in the flesh. What a killer watch. A really massive and solid case and the movement run buttery smooth. I must confess the feel while winding was a bit strange but how satisfying to see the PR climb. Now I truly understand the buzz on these watches.toon1.gif

That Ananta series is just beautiful. I reckon that one would look good on your wrist permanently, Pax!

Cool!  Pictures of these things are starting to surface on the various forums.  I wonder how they are selling.  If the Ananta line is successful, it could pave the way for more high-end Seikos coming to the U.S.

Having owned this exact model for 2+ weeks, I've been completely happy with the purchase depite the hefty price tag.  It's on pace to gain between 2-3 seconds/month (gained 1 second during the first 16 days), it's comfortable to wear, and it looks great to me.  I love it!

Very nice watch and a very interesting case design/shape. ThumbsUp02.gif

There is an article on Seiko's introduction of the Ananta line in the US in the December issue of Watch Time. Well worth a read.

The concept of these made me a fan, but i cant spend that much on a Seiko !
I am sure its a fantastic piece, but i just cant see the price point.
