Ran across this brand on another forum. Looks like a nice simple chrono. What I like is the honesty .  No pretending to be German or Swiss maker .

I took a look at the site. Not a bad looking chrono. Seems pretty legible. However, it seems like a lot of money for a seagull handwind movement and a nato strap.

I agree, nice looking watch but way to expensive for a SeaGull movement

they must be readers price drop of $80 on their web site today .  You are right about price Precista chrono with Seagull only 210 pounds ($345). Thats a pretty nice looking chrono as well.
