Feeling very indecisive, and my Art and Design Pedigreed Girlfriend is being no help at all.  So I need your help on deciding if I can place a PVD bracelet on a silver bezeled watch, and if I can get away with wearing a brushed bracelet on a Debaufre Pilot.  Comments and thoughts are much appreciated.

My opinion is  NO on the PVD with silver watch but ok on the Defaubre setup...

but if you like it and enjoy wearing those combos, it's all that matters!hand6.gif

Thats the thing, I am being completely wishy washy. I dont know if I like it or not. Part of me says "man, that looks awesome" and the other part says, "you will look like a tool wearing that'
on an aside. I LOVE that IWI MD-200. what a great, smooth, polished little watch. Nice heft. great movement. decent-ish lume . I may start a little thread to see if anyone else on here has ever owned an IWI watch, and what there thoughts were.
Oh, and Jeep. I had your back today when you got a lil hammered about the Homages. i am right there with you buddy! ThumbsUp02.gif

Not really digging the PVD bracelet set up, but the Debaufre with bracelet works.

Looks like all I needed was someone elses opinion to shape mine. face4.gif

I took it off. The more I looked at it, the more it didnt fit. Ive changed bracelets on that IWI watch about 22 times,
and the only thing i have found that really looks good on it is the stock bracelet, I guess they knew what they were doing. (now Natos and leather are a completely different story, they ALL look good)

That Monstrosity my friend, is the Ingersoll Bison #9
Limited edition of 3000. 31 jewels movement, 48mm across the dial not including the screw down crown. 18mm high, 170 grams on just the watch head alone, and 20 ATM water proof. 2 separate Time zones on the dial. one large second hand, power reserve indicator and date. I feel compelled to give you all that info because its so hard to find any info on it at all. I did find a german site that still has a few left. (and at a much cheaper price than I paid for it. :X) but every time I wear it someone is like, "what the hell is that thing??!" I apologize if the bracelet looks a bit chewed, it came with a leather strap and I felt a watch that big deserved a metal stainless bracelet. so that band was my first attempt with my dremel at custom fitting a ss band from another watch to be able to fit into the 18mm lugs, and then flare out to 28mm (like the leather does. ) It really is an impressive piece. I think Ingersoll did 12 different Bisons Total. you can still find most of them here and there, but the 9 seems to be the rarest. although i would love to pick up a #1 if you do research on it.
