Oscar, you must have more than one Paypal account. Right? Because, you can't use the 10% off more than once per account.

I thought what the heck... Well, it didn't work. I know it is for tech items LIKE CELL PHONES. So, it should have worked for you. I would write ebay and ask them. Not that they will respond.
