It's all about the VP's crap.gif kind of backs up what Oscar said on another thread

Original post

I want to rip my hair out... Why why is the Invicta Men's Subaqua Noma IV Limited edition value pay the same as the Invicta Reserve Subaqua Men's Specialty Valjoux?

Why can't the Subaqua Noma be 4 or 5 value pays? it's still to expensive at 3 value pays, it's $206 a month. I want one soooo bad but i just can't justify $206 per month when the SAS is $209 per month.

And my favorite response

I agree. I would prefer 5 or even 6 VPs just to make it lighter on the credit card. For me, when I get a watch that is 5 or 6 VPs I would have enough money to buy other watches. $200 a month, I can't buy another watch. That's just me though.

You have to hand it to Slop though...they really know how to real them in woohoo.gif

Well Nick I have to ask the question: Why do you bother to read these other so-called forums? After the initial ha-ha it's just sad when you come across posts like these. I sometimes check some of the daily wuw posts on some of the other forums but quite honestly I do it only sporadically.

Again, it's not funny but sad... remember some of these guys may not have much disposable income and they are tying what they have up with freakin' Sub Aqua Noma thing-a-mah-jigs!

Wait a second... that is funny!

dog smile.gifI pay my watches cash. If I can't do it, I pass. At the end, with credit cards, you pay more than what you would have if it was cash: So where is the good deal??? It's gone in the pocket of your bankwaving.gif

I can buy me a Rolex sub tomorrow with my credit card but who own my Rolex? The bank... And at the end, I wear something I can't afford and I didn't make a good deal.

Still: If I find a rare collector, or a "one life-time offer", I may consider credit. Because then it can be worth in the future.
