I recently had to return my U1 to RGM to have a hand cleaned for it had become tarnished somehow. 

Well I got it back today, and the back of the crystal is covered in dirt and lines..as well as the dial having fibers on it. 

I was assured it wasnt their fault because they dont touch the crystal when removing the movement to clean the hands.  Seriosly fellas, just inspect it and dont send back a dirty watch...back to RGM it goes, not too happy about it.

I was thinking send my U1 to Germany (Sinn) when need be and have any work that is needed done by them. Where better than the original manufacturer. Thanks for the post.
