Now this is a cool watch. A friend of mine in Seattle has a converted pocket watch to tell time but this would be a cool change up that the blind could wear on the wrist.

Watches for the blind came up every so often during my vintage collecting days. I've seen some as far back as the fories, but I'm sure you may find older. Here is one from the 50's I like:
