Found out about this little watch factory in Germany: All watch-cases made inhouse with a 2824-2 ETA in both prototypes: Oak and Sport in them NoLimits range. I really fell in love with the Oak... I simply melted for the bolted industrial design and the Roman dial. A beast of a tool! Also the size and specs: 47X17mm with 5mm sapphire glass, 4 locks sealed crown, 4mm thick case-back and 2000m rating....   http://lowin-cologne.de/39994.html 1500 euros...Not so bad for something as exclusive as that. Hello together, after a long time I have had build two new wristwatch again. With this watches i am able to build a handmade series now. I would hear with pleasure your opinion by the clock. The watch is, except the clockwork and the pointers handmade by me. The caliber is a swiss ETA 2824 automatic. I have made the case the bottom and the lunette from high-grade steel that never can oxidize and it is completly antimagnetic. The buttom is 4mm thick. The prototype of this watch was tested in a pressure chamber till 200bar = 2000m = 6562feet. The saphirglass is especially made for this watch. The saphirglass is 5mm thick und is sealed with selfmade teflon seals. The bezel hold the glass on the place because there is a step in the saphirglass. The strap is also handmade and is made with specially thick leather (7mm thick)(It is not on the Pictures) The strap will hold with screwed pins. What do you think about this two watches ? HOLY CR...! Just love the Sport, the Oak is very nice to but not that into the roman numerals, but the sport is more up my alley. Agree on the braclet-issue however. For me a braclet should sit snug with the case, and "be a part of the watch" so to speak. Otherwise I usually feel a mesh looks much better. And often looks "wrong" if the mesh has an extra link so to "bond" with the case (imho) And the sport would kill on a mesh!!! Just a great design all over. Only thing I would have different is the braclet meet the case, and like me a turnable bezel. But a great looking watch, no dubt about that. Btw, what is the price point on the two? Rolf |

Rolf, I think the initial launch price was in the area of E3,000 but I believe the watch creator suggested a final price at half of launch, which IMHO, is fair....a bit on the high side when you convert to US$, but fair. I think it's fair because of the collectibility (very few made) of the the series, the new name and the features loaded into it relative to others.
