I am with you Skip, If spending $12,000+ on a watch I have to look at it as an investment and a Seiko is far from a safe investment in my book.
Rolex maybe but a Seiko no way!

That is a very cool $3000 watch. Who cares if it's one of 100...so was my Korsbek OE.

First time I've seen this Seiko...very cool indeed, but as has been stated...the price is in outer space too. Maybe for the guy that has everything and for which, the price of entry is not a limiting factor.

Let's not forget that we speak about an electro-mechanical hybrid there. I would never use such money on another timepiece than a 100% mechanical.
