Hard to compare the Traser P6600 and the Vortex Pro.
One is a cheap glass-fiber/resin case with a cheap quartz movement, a cheap mineral K1 glass, guaranteed to 200m.
The other is a gr5 titanium case guaranteed to 500m at list, sapphire crystal, highly readable lume dial with a regulated 2824-2...
100% built in Germany.
Who knows where the Tracer's parts are coming from: It's an inexpensive field watch, no more. A throw-away.
Anyway: NOT the same price but the Traser is way back the starting line there.
The Defakto is definitely not in the tactical league and just look like a pvd fashion watch: No precision with only one hand, only different look.
Frankly, the Dievas blows away the others with it's specifications and utility range.

+1 on Will's take on it, if you have the $$ to purchase the Vortex then definitely go for it, you won't be sorry when you have a Dievas on your wrist and can see and feel the quality put into their pieces...

Let us know what you decide.peace.gif

+1 on the Vortex Pro! But having said that, really like the looks on the tracer, but then just as a "throw away" as the Sheriff puts itdog smile.gif
To bad they don“t make a version with an 2836

Have a Vortex myself (not the pro) and love it, so my vote is for Dievas.

I think i did not make a good comparing. Everybody is saying Dievas. But for this price you can almost get a Tutima, Sinn, Damasko. Difficult. Yhanks eveybody for there opinion.

There's a bunch of nice watches you can get for 1200$+ ...
But you asked a vote about those models who was so different from each-other that the answer was obvious...
I guess you jumped too fast on making your selection: If you want to buy a watch for the brand, buy a known name but that will not put you totally out of troubles... As even those brands you named must sometimes pay repairs during the guarantee time.
And between a Sinn or a Tutima, if a new vote would be granted: Would you say that for few hundred buks more you could have a good preowned Anonimo or Kobold?
Be patient: Search on the net, choose your budget, your watch, buy it, take pics and come back. My own meaning.
Coz here, you are fishing Krakens in a pool.

Out of the three you proposed...the Dievas hands down. If, on the othet hand, you are looking at broadening your selection...a Sinn U1, which you can get at the same price gently used, could be an option. I also agree with Will that for a little more cash, a used Kobold Artic Diver could pique your interest.

I meant, if he wanted absolutely a known brand.
Question is : Are you ready to pay 1000$ just to have Kobold written on the dial or would you like a watch with the exact same specs for lower price?

Dievas. Period. If this were a fight, they would stop it in the first round.
