A movie and a presentation of "how it works"
In my eyes, Georges Daniels reinvented the escapement but the horology world's community wasn't ready for it and somehow turned it's back to it with an arrogant smile such as "You can't reinvent the wheel" attitude.
I'm glad that Omega(Swatch Group) bought his patent: Not specially because it's Omega.
Just because it's a company with enough resources to give room to the evolution and commercialization of this fabulous invention.
My prediction is that in a near future, those who turned them back to G.Daniels's offer and the exclusive ownership of the Co-Axial escapement, will bite them fingers to the bone...
Asking them self: "Why did we think that we knew it all ?"

Under, you can see the 3 levers Co-Axial escapement.
The original conceived by Daniels had 2 levels: It was used in the first Omega Co-Axial escapements calibers 2500 A-B-C.
The 2500 calibers generation is a derivative of the 1120 who came from the 2892-2 ETA.
The 2500D uses the 3 levels escapements as the 8500 and 9300 who are in-house movements.
You can observe the third level right under who looks like a "ninja star"
