Anyone that tried or is thinking trying this serious bad-ass 8000m watch? Nobody is selling so much specs for this price point... http://www.h2o-watch.com/h2o-kalmar-oceanictime-se/h2o-kalmar-2-oceanictime-special-edition-8000m-1151000002.html ![]() C-Helberg is closing up to the ultimate 12000m mark: Who knows what´next with him... http://oceanictime.blogspot.no/2015/08/h2o-kalmar-ii-oceanictime-special.html http://oceanictime.blogspot.no/2015/03/h2o-kalmar-ii-oceanictime-special_20.html http://oceanictime.blogspot.no/2015/04/h2o-kalmar-ii-oceanictime-se-8000m-on.html |

Yes, me.... I am thinking about to buy this one. Like the chunky bezel. What a tool... But only the glossy dial. I am not a fan of glossy dials. |

This glossy dial could give the impression that the dial is not as deep under the crystal as it is... I think that they tried both mat and glossy: If they went for the glossy, they must have a reason... |

Could be... I prefer the matte dial of the CH1. Love it. |

That´s a nice one... But 3000m resistance is not enough when you do your Kata under the shower![]() |

It's an awesome watch, no doubt, and I agree...SERIOUS specs at this price point. I have the regular Kalmar 2 (only rated at 3000m, but is a better match for my girlie wrists! ![]() I can tell you, the build quality it absolutely SUPERB! ![]() Someone should go for the 8K version! ![]() |

oagaspar wrote:I would like to see the wr testing of this 8000m case...just sayin' Here you go Oscar : You can see that the watch was tested under 800bar pressure for approximatively 1 mnt 30 sec. Now, like you, I can observe that the testing company name was clearly masked on the document and I don´t know why. Until now KUM and Fraunhofer never had them tests masked: The 6000m Kalmar was tested at KUM and the VDB 12000m was tested at Fraunhofer. http://oceanictime.blogspot.no/2015/03/h2o-kalmar-ii-oceanictime-special_20.html ![]() |

Looks like the caseback of this beast is stamped 15000m...so it appears H2O is aiming to shoot right past that 12000m mark. ![]() Attachment: H2O Kalmar II OceanicTime X-DIVER 04.jpg (Downloaded 17 times) |

Heck of a watch. I'd like to gun for one for ure but it is so hard to get one to where I am without suffering a stroke from customs' taxes and duties. Also, they ship only to the card billing address and this won't work for me. Darn! Beauty of a watch! |
