WTF!!

If everyone hates this guy and his forum why do you always bring stuff from there here?? I thought this would be a great place to hang out but it has become obvious that you guys do NOT have your own forum. You live vicariosly through others. I have never seen a 'so-called 'watch forum spend so much time on others and so little time on horology. Back to where I came from I guess. You had potential but this is just another TV embedded forum. You guys need to find AD's.

PS

From what I garner here- you guys have as much lipstick on this Temple guys ass as they do on Skeltons!!

Yardbird,

We are mostly solid watch info, but occassionally, the spectre of JS and his continuous BS gets to us and we vent............right or wrong, it's none of your business nor your place to come from the Kool-Aid forum and lecture to us on how we treat a known con-artist.  Please, if you don't like us, don't post here....it's as simple as that.

Not everything is for everyone......and obviously, you are not good enough to be here.

PS.........from what I garner from your post, you are obsessed with lipstick on people's asses.................good luck with that!

You shouldn't let such trivial things concern you. I certainly don't. I don't know what  the Kool Aid reference refers to but if it is TZ then so be it. I enjoy Kool Aid on a hot day and I am sure that you would too!

It just seems as if this place has a lot of potential and good members who truly care about watches.

And then ,of course, there is you-the irrationally obsessed with transgressions that do not remotely concern you- person!!

You will  be glad to know that I'll not be back to this poor excuse for a watch forum.

Enjoy your  excercise in negativity

Now Oscar, you may be a hard on the guy. Considering his background and previous professions?? I think he has come a long way. After all he has gone from, did you rewind the tape to I designed this watch. This in itself would be difficult for most people. He is not only a certified gemologist, watchmaker and general all around expert, but, has done it all in a couple of months. I think sheer jealousy has overtaken some of us as we know deep down that we could never hope to do the tings that he's done. I mean that sincerely. How many of us could do what he has.

JS on another forum!!! Is this Guy for Real!!Exclusive..........very 1st 300 pieces...............what a crock of Crap :P:P Tissot was the 1st to use it! JS obviously doesn't have a clue about Watches/Horology face4.gif

Announced at Basel 06, the new Swiss ETA G15.261 has been pretty highly anticipated. I thought I remembered an announcement that Tissot would have them first in the PRS516 line, but I have not seen one myself.

The first watch to be delivered to the public with this groundbreaking new ETA movement will be from Android, and exclusive to ShopNBC viewers. Pics are down below.

I spoke with Wing and he says that he was able to secure the very first 300 pieces of this movement, which is a major accomplishment for a brand that is not all-Swiss! Wing has quite an amazing story to share about these movements, but I will let him tell it instead.

Here are the specs that I have found on the movement:

ETA G15.261 quartz chronograph movement
Diameter: 10½''' (23.30 mm)
Height: 5.25 mm
Frequency: 32,768 Hz
Jewels : 6

Functions: hours, minutes, seconds, date, chronograph

Chronograph functions: central 30-second counter, over 180° (retrograde hand, scale in the counter-clockwise direction)5 minute counter at 2 o’clock, over 120° (retrograde hand, scale in the counter-clockwise direction)60 minute counter at 10 o’clock, over 144° (retrograde hand, scale in the clockwise direction)

What a classic and beautiful design. 42mm case with an elegant dial.

Good to see 3T'rs step up and not feed this Troll! Yardbird(another name for chicken) is just a Troll sent here from another Forum to stir things up....obviously JS can't come here himself to defend his BS so He sent one of his Homing Pigeons! Yardbird you are welcome to stay and really enjoy what this forum is all about ! but if you intend to leave we will sorely miss your 16 posts mostly derrogatory in nature and not a mention of any Watch you actually own?...so as you exit... ....Adios....

The guy brings this on himself. If he would stop with this unbelieveable BS and at least try and act honest I think people would leave him along. He treats people as if they are all idiots and are willing to believe whatever stories he chooses. I can't imagine that even those other less fortunates at the other forum really believe what they are being told. They can not be that dumb. I think that is more of a case that they need to believe that their "buddy" is not taking advantage of them.
