In side Jean Marcel 7750 with the rotor removed, just thought I would take it to the next level.

Thanks for the insight into the interior.  Its particularly timely for me because of my recent Mido acquisition.

Thanks, I will start to do the movement shots with the rotors off.  It only adds a couple of minutes to the process and the result is much better.

The only problem is I need a new rubber sledge, when those gears do not line up just right a little whack helps them out.  That don't mess up the gears, you don't think, the rotor never spins the same again but it still works.  Had to take up racket ball to get the things to wind though.  Welcome to the slop school of watch making (no actual watches were hurt in any way during this demonstration). Thanks again:D:D:D

Thanks O, I took it for granted how much the pic changes once you take the rotor off.  The movement is top notch which drove to to take the minute to do it, it is a good thing I did.  Thanks again

Some times I am a little slow and need things spelled out.  The CF is model?

I think the Chrono Fleiger but not for sure.

E, I think O is referring to the carbon fiber dial. I mentioned it in my post saying it looked "rich" for lack of a better word. I can't really put it into the words well but the carbon fiber dial looks extremely high quality and makes me salivate like I'm looking at a dessert cart... This is a very nice watch... thanks for sharing it inside and out...

Thanks Mark, I said I was a little slow some times.  The Carbon is smooth side up and it looks great.  For those that do not know when you are working with carbon fiber it has a smooth side or flat side and that is the bottom the resin runs through.  The more textured side is the top side, more coarse and harder to adhere things to.  There are autoclaves involved in its manufacture but they are so big you can walk in.  That is right up your ally, isn't it Pax.

No giant autoclaves in my world but we are digging a hole and putting a 12 ton 30 T magnet in it. Not good for the automatics...

Putting in a new higher res. MRI, the idea of flipping molecules is a good way to start the day.  To much exposure is not good for much is it Pax?

If we decide to, we can change your molecular structure...

Thanks Ken,:D  I think I am going to start taking most movement pics this way.  I may start taking photos when I work on them, just to impatient most of the time.

I will pass on that Pax.  I have enough free radicals  roaming around now.  I did some work on a NMRI in my undergrad days looking at molecular structure of organic compounds, classifying and that sort of thing, real exciting stuff.

Can you remake me so that I am 6 foot 5 and good looking?  Please!
