Not crazy about the blockish hands on it... if they tweak those alittle, maybe. But at $3650?  Not for me...  :(

I'll say the same thing I said over on the Kobold forum "Very anti-climactic" and for what you getting over priced. Its nothing more than more of the same from Kobold. They touted it as a modern watch with a vintage look, co-designed by Phillipe Cousteau. It would appear that Mike Kobold beefed up the Soarway diver, and Phillipe looked over his shoulder and said use different hands! And boom watch complete. As stated over on the Kobold forum, "A five minute design process"!

Close to $4000. I hate to say this, but I would buy a Rolex before I would buy this watch.

Good looking watch, nice look to it. If it was $1000, folks would be jumping up and down, no?

Just overpriced imho (like most of the line).

As they say, somebody's gotta pay for marketing!

Much better looking on this one. Don't do much for me either. I really like the Seal though. Gotta get one before KWC hits their 2500 number for this year

I agree about their price point, particularly with their recent increase. Also, most of Kobold accessories are way overpriced. More so than the watches, IMHO. Just over $600 for Soarway SS bracelet, yike!

If I can't get a good second hand Seal in a couple months, I am going for a brand new one for sure. time2.gif

I agree Narin hand6.gif I just wish I would have grabbed one when Kobold 1st came on the watch scene...the prices seem cheap now then compared to nowtoon1.gif

Well, for me the entire Soarway Diver line does not make me drool. From a personal like/no like point of view only the black Phantom or the Polar Surveyor are worth a second look in the entire Kobold lineup.

And considering the cost, there's a lot more watches to think about at half the price.

Kobold has a couple other designs I prefer over the one pictured but given the price point and current bad press over at WUS lately I'd think twice before leaping.
