went into my local TJ MAXX and saw 2 BNIB Fortis Spacematic Autoquartz, Ti Case and bracelet, matte silver dial for $400 on Clearance...marked MSRP @ $1295 (I don't know what normal street price is), but it seemed like a good deal.  At any rate, quartz is not my cup of tea, but if anyone is interested, I will gladly pick it up for you.

Yep....I saw a few LP's and a whole bunch of Luminox (Father's Day, I guess)...but the Fortis was stunning....I was sooooooooooo disappointed to find out it was autoquartz!

I am going to have to go down and check out the local TJ MAXX. :)The closest one is about 80 miles to the South of me. But it is in the Microsoft neighborhood practically so I wonder what all they might be carrying down there?

Here and on various other sites I have seen folks post up some cool watches these stores have. One even mentioned a Daniel Mink at a crazy price. COOL

Yea quartz are great I just grew out of them mostly too. ;)

They never have anything good at the TJ by me mostly junk fashion watches. They did have a nice Eterna diver but it was a womans and my Wife didn't like it.
