Happy humpday 3T. It is already after midday here, so I thought I would start a new daily. For me - this pretty Omega PO in rose gold has become a fave. If y'all haven't tried a rose gold watch yet (and I had not prior to this one) give it a try - they wear beautifully and are more subtle on the wrist than they appear in photos. Enjoy your day and let the fun begin!

subtlelaugh.gif hehehehe - I know the feeling Graham... but this was a REALLY gentle push...

Rose gold is not the go for everybody, I guess - but it is for sure worth a look, and not to be dismissed to the "I will never wear that" list without at least a look at one on your wrist!!

Am luvvin' your Pepsi, by the way, and your wonderful collection never fails to astonish and motivate meThumbsup3.gif.

Have a wonderful Cape-Town-Wednesday! And don't forget that Mark has to wake up yet...

Excellent, mate! Rose gold is my fave color. hand6.gif In my case, I started wanting gold in my collection when I was in my late 30s and when I turned 40, gold was a "must have". The other much younger WIS on 3T won't understand this "urge" until they get to where I chronologically was sometime backtoon1.gif.

You are right to say that the others must try a few pieces with some gold. It's got a certain old world appeal that will never fade. Good watch, mate!!

Thanks!  The dial is indeed the highlight of this watch.  I was pleasantly surprised by how well finished it is.  Here's another angle where you can see the carbon fiber-like square texture on the dial:

Well today I'll be doing a few switcharoos.

I started the day with 1 of the 2 new Parnis I received just yesterday, my bad pics don't do it justice, the dial has this kinda Cashemere Pearl effect that rocks, I now have it on a black croc like leather strap as this brown one was just not working out for me. I really love this Parnis and have a couple of straps coming in for it from InternationalWatchMan and Panatime.smile8.gif

Then I switched to one of my old Invicta Diver, which has been a great watch and has a fairly unique CF dial, Myota auto mvt.hand6.gif ( I got 2 new Invictas Diver's on the Shop NBC show... as Xmas gifts tho :) )

And This puppy just arrived so Sizing it and giving it some wrist timewatch2.gifthis afternoon, my first Berhnardt! #27 Red Dial Sea Shark 200m Diver Auto Mvt

Cheers BRP. it took me until the age of 51 to discover, so I must be a VERY slow learner, but I am with you on the old world appeal. My father (non-WIS, old school, thinks the best watch ever made is flat and thin, has steadfastly refused to have any more watches than his Rado and his Seiko LaSalle...) reckons that this rose gold PO is so good that I now have to buy him one, too...  and you know, he is my Dad, and I will be doing just that!

Such a beautiful collection of watches today, fellas! Well done!
