Thanks Jeff and Neo! It was an 11kg cod I took last year: Not the usual cod as it's a special group who travel between the Barent sea and the Lofoten islands in the Arctic. The meat is superior to usual cod.

Ah...3T...posting late today as it has been a busy one!!!! Just checked out all the daily posts and wiped the drool off the keyboard...Wonderful pieces today guys...a really wonderful display!!!
