It has been a little while but does not seem that long ago for me. Thanks for the comment, this is one heavy watch compared to my others so I cannot wear it too much as I will end up with one arm bigger than the other due to the weight.

subtlelaugh.gifTripod?? Me? I don't even own one! This was just a quick shot sitting in my car(running at idle too) before pulling out the driveway, taken with my old "held together by tape" Point & Shoot!subtlelaugh.gif
I don't own a nice camera or any kind of photography related stuff:(
I just tool in a deep breath before pressing the button:)

The waffle rubber fits very well !

I have a SEIKO 6309-7040. But the lugs are 22mm.

Thanks Jeff and Nick! Jeff: You can really afford all dial colors/styles of those Premier models if you sell a Panerai...toon1.gif
I drool on your Yachtmaster: Really nice model and certainly shows bigger than the usual sub, due to his light dial and bezel in relief

Thanks for the kind words on the 6105-8110 exc-hulk !!! thankyou.gif

The waffle rubber in the second pic is actually a Seiko Marinemaster Rubber Strap (fits the 6105 like a glove...and is really comfortable once you "heat-shape" the strap to give it some natural curve).

Love the 6309-7040 as well (I've got one as well)...and between the 6105 and the 6309...easily my favorite vintage Seiko divers!!!thumbsup.gif   Truly impressive pieces from Seiko.

Thanks again.

Have dug this little Raketa out, strap not adjusted so hangs from wrist but only 100 made.

P.S my cat just jumped on my lap and dug his claws in, legs have gotten itchy now as I am allergic to everything!!

well got home early because my car broke down on the INterstate this morning and shop fixed it, but had to pick it up by 6... bad news, is that it cost me $1400mistake.gifmad.gif!!! Clutch work is pricey!!blah.gif I would have rather spent that 1400 on a breitling or OmegaThumbsUp02.gif
