Cheers, Graham - I look forward to the "reveal"!

I am off to Egypt (Cairo and Alexandria) for a sojourn with my girl for a few days. Watch choices? Seiko Orange Monster on bracelet, and my PAM on mesh. No leather straps or anything with no WR! I figure every type of event is covered by those two. It is not worth losing an arm cos you want to take your special pieces.

Cheers guys!

Safe travel Ian and Graham, enjoy your vacation!
Wonderful watches already this morning guys!

I'm still wearing the Doxa I had switched to last night. No plans today, we're pooped and got all the sun we could take the past two weeks :) May just chill and keep this one on all day! Two more days and we gotta head back to NC :(

Sorry for the bad pics. Taken with available light and some camera shake at night at the office.

Black Sumo on the left wrist...

And Blue Sumo on the right...both keeping perfect time, almost COSC levels

Thanks Brice!!!...thankyou.gif...no harm intended amigo!!!

I saw that one of these 'Great Whites' recently "traded" out there, and thought that may have been you making a friendly trade while on vacation.

btw...you are killing me with that 2 wk beach vacation of yours...it seems like you've been on vacation forever!!!thumbsup.gif What a great way to wrap up the summer break!!!

My kids have been in school since this past Tuesday already.

Thanks a lot! Wanted a dressy watch for work (office) but found that most were quite small and this is 40mm so much better!

Thanks Chris. I passed on one GW fir sale on WUS because he wanted 1600$ when the 4 I saw the past two months went for 1150-1250$. Was just out of my price range. There is one FS on TZ but he won't answer my email and seems to want a local trade only. :(

my company requires me to take a 2-weeker every year for control purposes! Last year went to France visit my family for Xmas. This year we decided to rent a House in the Gulf of Mexico for a real cool beach relaxing and fun family vaca. We re driving back to Jax
Saturday then to NC Sunday. Wednesday kids start school, it'll be first time in Big Girl school for Z, she is super excited!

I think the 2-weeker is a great idea Brice!!!...hmmm..."control purposes"...sounds good to me!!!  Enjoy all that extra Rest & Relaxation amigo...

Well...evening switchup to the Seiko 6309-7040 to throw the baseball with my son for a while...followed by a "Ricard" in honor of Brice coasting toward the end of his wonderful vacation...

Cheers!!! (Thanks for the Ricard reference Brice...this is a great "hot weather" drink and made for kicking back and relaxing...I'll admit I like mine a little stronger than the recommended 5:1 mixing ratio as 4:1 with extra ice seems like a better starting point to me).

wow great shot and even better drinkbamby.gif so I converted one more to Ricard!:) that's what we drinked in France and during the summer a bunch of friends/neighbors got together every night almost for games of Petanque(=Bocce ball) and whoever lost had to buy/bring Ricards for all, we drank those all night. I also like it as a 3-4 to 1 ratio but will go to 5 if I have many and it's hot as it becomes more refreshing.
By the way I love your Seiko!!!

And yeah for control purposes. During that mandatory two weeker I'm another even supposed to call in and ask my guys to do anything, check email or asnwer them... Goal is to reveal any potential hidden exceptions that would age and come up at a senior level within two weeks as I could not do entries or instruct others to move positions or cash in and out of accounts trying to hide them...!!!
