Oh Boy! She'll be driving soon.  Enjoy her while she's still around, William.  Hope the celebration of her "Sweet Sixteen" is a blast.

P.S.  Love the Coifman

Happy sweet sixteenth for your little girl, William!

Over-polished Elgin Swissonic on Omega mesh for me today. Sorry for the quick fuzz-ball image...

Have a good weekend all! - IanM ThumbsUp02.gif

Cool Elgin, Ian. I saw an almost exact same Omega at a watchsmith last week. ThumbsUp02.gif

Thanks Jeff! The Omega you saw was probably a Dynamic - great watches with nice Omega auto or handwind movements in them. This Elgin was an impulse buy 'cos I liked the blue inner dial ring mistake.gif

The case should have the radial starburst pattern of the Omega cases, but an over-zealous seller decided to "perdy 'er up" - and this is how it came on a poo poo leather strap - so off to the mesh she went. It keeps good time for an oldie, and looks OK with jeans.

Thanks for the compliments!

Great show of watches today, fellas!!

IanM
