Start the day with my old Divingstar on a grey CUDA strap. Cool combo I think.

then switching to the new arrival Seiko Blue Fin (I fully blame this purchase on Oscar subtlelaugh.gif...could not resist the pull of the Blue Fin after seeing his pics).

Thanks buddy!!!  I'm really lovin' it! happy guy.gif

Relative to the Emperor, the Blue Fin is slightly smaller in all dimensions, so lighter on the wrist, and caseback is shallower relative to the case so it rides lower on the wrist (not a bad thing at all and I like how they are different).  I was surprised a bit by the difference in diameters...I thought these two were virtually the same in that regard.  I'll have to take some measurements and quick pics when a get a moment.

Thanks my friend!!! thankyou.gif

I'm with you Phil...love the TUNA, and it's amazing how different the various versions can look and feel too given the differences in dimensions and materials.

This BLUE is a nice complement to my all black EMPEROR!  I agree with you...The OEM strap is really comfy, light, and just plain works on these!

Absolutely Chris, the white TUNA with the white ceramic shroud is amazing too. I drooled over that piece every time.

But the EMPEROR is the master of all TUNAS. Love the massive mono case.wowzer.gif
Someday...

Yeah, love my golden TUNA. It was a long journey to find a golden TUNA in a good condition.
I was lucky and find this TUNA on the bay. This piece is like NOS.
I changed the battery itself. All parts in very good condition.

Only the OEM strap was something used.

Gotta love that Phil....your Golden is in like new condition!thumbsup.gif  Gorgeous piece.

I had not previously known the connection between the Golden Tuna and Roger Moore in "For Your Eyes Only"...that's cool.cool.gif

I pulled this one off the Bay too (preowned, not new), but the seller took good care of it for me.  There are a couple of these Blue Fins for sale on the Bay (but they are "new with tags"), and I'm not paying anywhere close to what they are listed for.

And I was really lucky ! Because this Tuna was a bargain! sponge bob.gifchickendance.gif

Roger Moore wore exactly the same in the movie.

Great catch your blue fin TUNA. A bargain too... ThumbsUp02.gif
