thankyou.gif Chris !

First impressions are very good. The case and bezel are very very well made. bravo.gif

Lume is excellent.

But it wears smaller than I expected. Especially the hight of the watch.

Your Aquadive has a HRV. Mine not....homerthinks.gif

I knew you would approve of the excellent build quality. ThumbsUp02.gif

Very interesting regarding the size (although your wrist diameter is significantly more manly than mine! peace.gif)

Looking at your pics, I was thinking to myself that the case on this Poseidon does look ever so slightly thinner...hmmm. And I didn't even think about the HRV...you are correct, mine has the HRV at the 6 o'clock case position.

Very interesting. My GMT measures right at 15mm total thickness...I could check measurements between case and bezel if you are interested.

(Update) - Total thickness 15mm, is comprised of a 4mm thick bezel, and 11mm thick case (this includes the lug tip curvature if that makes sense)

The Aquadive website says a size for the Poseidon of 14,1mm in hight.

The Poseidon version has no HRV because the thinner case. This is what I read a few days back.

So it seems my Aquadive has a thinner case.

I wish it has the same case like your GMT.

Thanks for your infos about the size of your Aquadive. Thanks for checking this out.

Tomorrow I will check the exact size with the caliper.

Very interesting...just went on the Aquadive site, and do see they differentiate the Bathysphere 100 GMT from the Poseidon GMT version. Bathysphere 100 GMT models appear to show the HRV (at least in the pics...don't see any mention of the HRV in the case description).

Thickness of the Yellow Bathysphere 100 GMT noted as 12mm, while all other colors listed as 13mm. And then as you say Phil, the Poseidon listed as 14.1mm thickness. Hmmm...interesting.homerthinks.gif

The various description in sizes of the Aquadive watches and the Aquastar watches was a discussion a few weeks back in german watch forum.

So it seems to be a problem in general.

Tomorrow I will clear it out.
Ordered a new caliper today. subtlelaugh.gif

Look forward to hearing about your findings Phil.

All that said, your Poseidon looks smokin' hot and your pics are the bomb my friend! bravo.gif

Aquadive would benefit from posting that first pic with the water droplets into their main marketing for the Poseidon...just sayin'! mini me.gif
