I looked quickly around the forums and didn't see anything about Top Gear. Season 11 just started a couple weeks ago and both episodes are on YouTube. (Hint hint) Does anyone else here watch Top Gear? What was your favorite episode and/or moment? The coolest episode I think was when they were the first people to reach the north poll in an automobile. Of course, they were well equipped:  |

Top Gear is awesome! I haven't watched it in a while but whenever I catch it I watch it! A good one that comes to mind is when they raced in rush hour to the airport, James in an SUV, Richard on a bike, Jeremy via boat and the Stig taking public transportation. If you like cars at all, you'll like the show.  |

I LOVE that show. I discovered it by accident a year or so ago and was hooked from the git go. BBC America was running a marathon of Top Gear while I was home on leave, and I watched every episode I could. It's a really great and fun show. |

"The Best Car Show... Ever"....? The Best whatever-category Show! This is show is a comedy show, an action show, a documentary show etc...AL IN ONE! Picking a favorite is too hard, so many golden moments! Shooting cars with guns or strapping a rocket to them and see them fly off! Ridiculous races all over the world! What is there not to like? POOWAH!!  |

I'd forgotten about the shooting cars with guns. Those were some awesome episodes. Another cool one was when they raced the new Land Rover Sport against a Challenger II tank. |

You can laugh, but us Brits had to live with BL cars... in contrast we loved the episode where they toured the Southern States in cars where they had written slogans on each others cars designed to get them shot or lynched...such as "Hillary for President", "Nascar sucks", "Gay love rules" etc |

Top Gear have their own channel on youtube, for those who can't get BBC. http://www.youtube.com/TopGear I love all their shows, they have stunning material on the Bugatti Veyron. They update it frequently, so there's always something worth watching. |

Top Gear is ace! I loved the Polar Challenge episode in the Hilux. I had the chance to sit in the actual Hilux used at a Toyota show earlier this year - awesome! I too had a laugh at the episode filmed in the Southern States with slogans written on the cars, what a hoot. It's one of the BBC's best programmes and an export success. |
