Orient Star Retro-Future Watch

Camera based design with a white dial.

It is a nice watch that is very upscale with a sporty style.  The movement of the watch is what is most impressive to me.  The decoration is applied well and not over done.

The most impressive feature about the movement is the speed in which the power reserve of the watch increases.  I had forgotten that Orients wind in both directions.  The balance wheel seemed to be designed well.  It is a 23 jewel movement as opposed to the standard 21 jewel orient movement.

The bracelet and case are of good quality, I do wish bracelet had screws to fasten the links but that is a minor point.  The saphire crystal is thick and curved.

The inner component of the dial is screwed to the main plate not just some decorative accent the designer added.

Thanks Nabco and O.!!!:D:D:D

The case is 40+mm but it plays a little bigger due to the case not being round.

Love the case design on this one. Although the dial is a little busy for a simp like me, I have to say this particular dial color is very appealing. Lookin' good, E!:D Funny you should mention the power reserve... when I had a Beast I would always marvel at how quickly it took a full charge just from a little wear.

Thanks Pax!!!:D:D:D

I wish that they would make it so that it could be wound by the crown, but I guess it does not need it.
