Now, I know that I missed the Magico bus by a few years, but after some careful consideration and feedback from 3T'rs (thanks Oscar and Skip) I went ahead and pulled the trigger and bought this;

BTW - couldn't pass up the $80 price tag

They are fun watches. :cool: Started to sell mine but decided to just keep it. Allot of watch for the money. Congrats and enjoy. ;)

Thanks Skip, I have to agree seems like a pretty sturdy build for what I paid for.

Nice grab. I like the Magico watches. Sturdy with great Miyota movements in the two I own. I've got one similar to yours and another I call my Badger watch. I always forget about them... Invariably when I wear the square I will get several folks throughout the day asking it I got a new watch and presuming it cost me boku $$. toon1.gif

And I get to use the old cliche... "WELCOME TO THE CLUB"

Thanks everyone, I might have to do Magico Monday on Tuesday.

 BTW- Pax, I debated between buying the diver in black or the brown square. I chose the square because I can switch out the band for leather.hand6.gif

Yes, Lior was the less insane of Tim's Posse of guests.  Plus I liked that he was closing out on the XEMEX line...which I love.  The Magico is great value for the money....just did not get into his watches at the time.
