This beautiful watch just arrived. I had read a very positive recent review on this watch, but I had never heard of the brand. Lighton is a Nw York designer and watch lover who ventued into the business in 2002. Needless to say he has since bowed out. But some of his watches remain, and can be had for a very nice price. As you can see the design is very art deco, with a brushed stainless finish and a very interesting case. The size is 41mm and the movement is an ETA2892, which is a 21 jewel centre seconds movement, finished by Soprod. An additional sub-seconds module increases the number of jewels to 25. Nice alligator strap completes it. I like this watch very much. It is different dress watch which gets a lot of looks. Sorry for the poor photos, i'm still playing with this macro lens.      |
