Well it has been over a year since i sold my 750 searambler and i just missed it but it was a little big and heavy for me (i know it's not that big but it just did not sit well on me) and Doxa released the 1200t searambler in a more vintage size so i jumped on one. The best part of this new release is that it came on the nicer GMT bracelet that imho is just outstanding! Here are a few quick photos. Thanks for checking it out! ThumbsUp02.gif

Now that is sweet!.. Nice pearl look on the dial and orange with the silver...is lovely.
Starting sound like a cook book...just add a few sprinkles of salt and some olive oil and serve with fresh salmon.

Well Trent you know I loves me some Doxa and the Searambler is the "prettiest" dial imho. With all the hardware you have to choose from it sure says a lot you couldn't live without a Doxa!toon1.gif Talk to me about how it differs from the 750 especially on the wrist. I would love to hear what differences you've noted. congrats on that Searambler!woohoo.gif

BTW congrats on breaking the 1000 post mark. You are now officially ordained almighty wisodom master horologial jedi. The check is in the mail!dog smile.gif

Trent, Big Congrats on another excellent choice, as usualThumbsUp02.gif.

That bezel really speaks to me and the rice pearl bracelet confirms why it is the industry standard. The Doxa finishes are also so well executed that sometimes you'd not like to take it out of the box. I'll research more and more about this one.

Wear it in good health, amigo! yahoo.gif

Thanks for all the kind words! I am loving this watch!
Mark asked about the differences between the 750 and the 1200 that i have noted but please keep in mind these are just my feelings.
First is the size, the 1200 is more like the vintage Doxas at 42mm,second thing i noticed was the dial on the 1200 did not seem stretched to fit meaning i think the hour markers and date window look a little bigger on the dial and just fit better. And i saved what i think the biggest and best difference is, the bracelet for last. The 1200 comes with the nicer, thicker GMT bracelet. I know a lot of people have been upgrading their 750's with the GMT bracelet and that is not a cheep upgrade so i was thrilled when i learned the 1200 already had it.
The 1200 also comes with a HRV valve but really for me it is useless as the deepest i ever get is maybe 10-15 feet swimming with the kids.
So there you have it in a nut shell, I love most Doxas, loved the 750's i have had but for me the 1200 is just perfect!
